MV ST. MICHAEL THE ARCHANGEL || 2GO TRAVEL || TOURIST CLASS

This is my first time to experience 2GO travel ships. It wasn't the best experience but there are things I learned during this trip which could help with our future bookings. Below are the tips I could share to help your experience and maximize your trip.

1. Book in advance and spare extra days before your schedule in your destination. Tickets could go higher when the schedule trip is drawing near. Also there could be delays and changes with your trip so make sure you have enough time to avoid complications in your schedules.

2. Meals are included but drinks are not. So bring water, drinks, cup noodles, paper cup and other food consumables because the prices inside the ship are very expensive.

3. Choose tourist class or higher. Don't book mega value or super value as it's very crowded and could be disturbing to you a lot of people and beds in one room. Business class and higher suite rooms provide privacy and more safety but could cost a bit much.

4. Linens are provided but towels and blanket are not. There is a charge if you borrow towels and blankets so bring if you can. Linens are needed to be claim in their linen desk and need to be returned 1-hour before arrival.

5. Bring tissues and wet wipes for the bathroom. Common bathrooms and shower area are very dirty and unclean due to a lot of people using. Be aware and be prepared.

6. If you are bring a lot of things and heavy baggage then 2GO is the best options as you can carry up to 60kg without additional cost.

7. Explore the vessel and capture the experience and memories during your trip.

8. If you are going to other areas of the ship, don't forget to bring your valuables as there is no much CCTV in the ship. If you are together with your family and friends then you can leave your things with them if they are staying in your room.

9. Charge your phones and bring power banks. There are no socket in the ship but there is a charging station but there are charges if you plan to charge your phone and other gadgets.

10. Print your tickets as it is required before entering the waiting area. It is also required inside the vessel to claim meals and linens and to check your room.
