Cooked up four racks of ribs for friends! Cooked them up hot and fast at 350 degrees! I used Bear Mountain BBQ Wood Oak for a nice smoke, Took only about two hours to cook and one hour rest in the oven at 170 degrees. What you get is tender, juicy ribs that melt in your mouth. The rub used is Heath RIles Peach Rub and the glaze is Heath Riles Brown Sugar, Honey Habanero. No heat but a lot of sweet flavor.
