തേങ്ങയരച്ച അയലക്കറി || കുറഞ്ഞ ചേരുവകളോടെ || Fish curry || Malayalam Recipe

This is a tasty fish curry that everyone should try. Very limited ingredients and take just around 10 minutes to cook. The coconut adds the thickness and of course extra flavour to the curry. I am sure you all will love it. We will explore how to make this coconut fish/ Mackerel curry.

Incredients:

2 mackerels
1&1/2 cup grated coconut
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 and 1/2 Tbsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp coriander powder
small piece of ginger
3 shallots
2 piece Pot Tamarind
1 tsp Fenugreek seed
2 Tomatoes
curry leaves
coriander leaves
oil
salt
