Plein Air kicked my a#@!

What a challenge I had in this video. I thought I was going to have a relaxing painting day by the lake, but the wind kicked up something fierce. It was still a good experience though. Not all plein days are perfect. What helped in this oil painting was my method of using a single color to block in the painting quick. This helped establish the foundation of the drawing and some average values efficiently. Considering the challenges, I was pleased with how I capture the scene.
