What Up Peeps,

So I got a call from the owner saying we are running a Dhaba however there is no seating and we consider our selves as Cloud Dhaba and serve dhaba style food. I agreed and reached saw a place like industrial area and then realised all of them are cloud kitchens. I met the manager and he told me I should try their Fish Tikka, Mutton Rara, Kadhai Chicken, Tangri Kebab and a few more dishes. I ordered and looked at the kitchen which seemed really big but not as clean. I met the chef who was very cordial and sweet . He took me through all the dishes. I was shocked to know that they were doing other cuisines. Kadak Singh has many more branches around Delhi Ncr although I heard about them for the first time.
