A fun small area hockey game that encourages players to keep their head up to pass through "gates" to score goals. You can not pass through the same gate twice in a row!!
The first few reps will seem messy, but as players get the hang of it, they will have fun and be picking up their head to make decisions on where to pass. Keep track of scores so teams can compete with each other!
To make the activity more challenging, make the gates smaller, or add additional objects or defenders that the players must pass around.
