On this cook, I smoked an entire pork belly on my Yoder YS640. This was a new cook for me as I usually make pork belly burnt ends with pork belly. I had smoked pork belly this way when I was visiting my friends at Proud Souls BBQ. We went to have some BBQ at Owl Bear BBQ and that's where I fell in love with smoked & sliced pork belly.
