WASHINGTON, D.C.: Rep. Elise Stefanik will face questions at her confirmation hearing today to become the next U.N. ambassador to the United Nations.
Stefanik was Harvard-educated and the fourth-ranking of the U.S. House after being elected to Congress back in 2015. Stefanik become one of President Trump's most ardent allies.
U.N. Deputy Spokesman Farhan Haq said, "U.N. Secretary-General Antonio Guterres “looks forward to working again with President Trump on his second term."
