We noticed that the Jeeps temperature was rising while the jeep was idling or standing in traffic. When this happened the electric fan was cycling on and off to maintain the engine temperature. We suspected that the viscous fan clutch was needed to be replaced. We found a Heavy Duty HD fan clutch part number 272310 from Napa which we used to replace the Standard Duty SD clutch that was installed on the Jeep.
