Oh my, this was a full week of cooking and using items in my pantry. I have been trying to use the oldest items first. Two of the recipes used spinach because I know it will go bad if I don't get it used. Frozen spinach could probably be used as well.

I made it through this week even with the flu symptoms I am having. Next week might be a little slim at the start but I'll hopefully catch up when I feel like eating again.

Almond Butter...
1.5 c roasted almonds
kosher salt to taste
3 T oil (I used avocado)
1 T honey
Blend all together until consistency desired.
