How can we make this nicer?
Use melted salted butter.
Add lemon juice instead of water into the batter.
Add lemon zest to the batter.
Use lemon juice to make the lemon icing.
I baked this at 160 degrees Celcius for 40-45 minutes in a convection oven. The suggested time and temperature are not suitable for my oven. Hence, you have to adjust them accordingly.
