Sorry it's been a while. Gaming / life etc!
So these are some (mostly) Wargames Foundry Greek (or Macedonian) Javelinmen / Light Infantry for my Ancient Greek army that I've had sat in their blister packs for MONTHS. Finally got around top doing them, because after (re)basing 350 Hoplites I needed some variety!!
Method is similar to a lot of the other ancient & medieval models I've painted and shown off on this channel - wraithbone primer, darker wash pre-shade, then mostly contrast paints to pick out the details.
I mentioned Aly Morrison in the video - check his blog out here: https://alystoysoldiers.blogspot.com/
The "Aly's Brown Liquid" recipe once again - 40% Agrax Earthshade, 40% Serephim Sepia, 20% Lahmian Medium...plus a dash of Drakenhof Nightshade. Works a treat! Good as a wash over things too, if not in this particular case, certainly in others.
Thanks for watching - there will be a showcase of my Ancient Greek collection soon!
