Android phone have compatible issue.
Not all of android phone can let usb capture card work. you need take the risk.
BMD ATEM mini with samsung s9+ for live streaming.
ATEM mini have two video streaming output.
one is USB uvc webcam like. android phone can not connect its uvc output.
because its uvc format is uvc1.5 version. so far, android kernel uvc driver do not support uvc1.5 version
so, you just can use its hdmi outuput with FEBON18 UVC HDMI capture card
