What to do with Cong(ress) TV on weekends?

There have been many changes in Philippine mass media over the last quarter; one of them may have gone unnoticed.

People's Television Network (PTV) turned 50 this year. To mark the occasion, Congress TV debuted as a digital TV subchannel in January. The goal is to dispel the notion that PTV is just a mouthpiece for the executive branch (Malacanang), which would be great for political science students and enthusiasts.

Because Congress is on break and does not hold plenary sessions at this time of year, it is an excellent opportunity to consider what to do with Congress TV on weekends.
