In Muzaffarpur, Jan Suraaj founder Prashant Kishor hit out at NDA's Bihar poll manifesto. He said, "People gave them 15-20 years, but Bihar is still the poorest state. Promises don’t matter - results do." He added, "Modi and Rahul fight each other, not for Bihar. It’s our fault if we vote for them again. Now you have Jan Suraaj - no need to choose Lalu, Nitish or BJP out of fear."
