Ingredients:
7g agar
200ml water (or beverage of choice)
200g-250g sugar (the more u add, the more it will harden when drying)
1 drop of food coloring
Steps:
1. Combine agar agar with water and let it chill for 5 minutes, then add the sugar.
2. Let it boil and stir until everything looks dissolved. It will look clearer and more transparent.
3. Transfer to bowl and add 2 drops of food coloring
4. Let it set in the fridge and carve into something cool
5. Air dry /dehydrate on a tray for a couple days for the cronch
