MINOAN Civilization | Horns of Consecration | Tiny Epics

This video explores the Minoan symbol referred to as "Horns of Consecration", coined by Sir Arther Evans who excavated the palace site at Knossos on the Greek island of Crete in the early 20th century.

Topics explored are the “peak sanctuaries" constructed by the Minoans in the Bronze Age, imagery on their sacred objects and architectural elements on their buildings, as well as symbols used in the Near East. All these elements are considered to arrive at an alternative interpretation of the symbol.
