Steve Witkoff, Trump's special envoy, met with European diplomats in Paris today. U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio and Ukrainian officials are also in the city. Their visit comes as the 30-day ceasefire agreement between Russia and Ukraine, which has proven to be largely ineffective, is about to expire.

More deadly Russian attacks have hit Ukraine. Today, two people were killed in Nikopol by artillery shelling, while another strike hit Dnipro last night, killing three civilians, including a child and injuring 30 others.
