March 18, 1976: Busing: Constructive or Divisive? engages experts in law, sociology, and education in a broad consideration of a controversial public policy issue: busing as a means to achieve racial equality in the public schools. The discussion centers around the fundamental questions of whether busing is an effective way to desegregate the schools and improve race relations and whether busing has, in fact, a positive impact on the quality of education.
