This video goes over how to replace spark plugs on a 2014 Honda CRV EXL with a 2.4 motor. This should be the same process for any (fourth generation) 2012-2015 Honda CRV with a 2.4 motor. Most modern cars are required to have their spark plugs replaced every 100,000 miles, but you should check with the manufacturer for vehicle maintenance requirements. Symptoms of spark plugs failing would be poor fuel economy, difficulty starting or no start, engine misfire, or poor acceleration. This engine is simple to work on and spark plugs are easily accessible. Average labor for this would be $85 plus the markup they would charge for the spark plugs.
