A Dua upon completing the recitation of the Holy Quran Dua e Khatam ul Quran il Kareem

A common prayer after reciting the Holy Quran is "Subhaanaka Allaahumma wa bihamdika, laa 'ilaaha 'illaa 'Anta, 'astaghfiruka wa 'atoobu 'ilayka" (Glory be to You, O Allah, and all praise is due to You. There is no god but You. I seek Your forgiveness and turn to You in repentance). This supplication is considered a forgotten sunnah and is a suitable way to conclude the recitation with a request for forgiveness and repentance. Other heartfelt prayers can also be made, and the intention behind the supplication is the most important element.
