End-to-End Power BI Project | CodeBasics Resume Challenge

When I joined AtliQ Technologies as a Data Analyst Intern through Code basics Bootcamp 4.0, I never imagined I'd transform raw insurance data into a decision-making powerhouse. But that's exactly what happened!
The Challenge:
Shield Insurance needed clarity. With operations across five Indian cities and multiple sales channels, they had mountains of data but struggled to see the big picture. That's where I came in.
My Mission:
I was tasked with creating a dashboard that could answer crucial questions:

Which cities were performing best?
How were different sales channels comparing?
Which age groups were the most valuable customers?

The Journey:
Starting with six months of jumbled data, I rolled up my sleeves and got to work. I cleaned messy datasets, connected different data sources, and designed visualizations that told the company's story at a glance.
What I Built:
My dashboard system has four interconnected parts:

Welcome Portal: A friendly gateway to all insights
Company Overview: The big picture of performance across all cities
Sales Channel Analysis: Discovering which methods bring the best results
Customer Demographics: Understanding who's buying what and why

The Results:
Now Shield Insurance can see exactly where to focus their efforts! They can spot trends, identify opportunities, and make data-backed decisions instead of guessing.
