New Lucid Dreaming book - What's in it?

A major new book on lucid dreaming just came out - Llewellyn's Complete Book of Lucid Dreaming. In this video, international author and lucidity researcher Dr Clare Johnson reveals what you'll find in the book, with chapters on how to get and stay lucid to chapters on healing, sex, death, and living a lucid life.

Dr Clare Johnson has over 40 years of lucid dreaming experience and was the first person in the world to do a PhD on lucid dreaming as a creative tool.
