Last year I built my first sub 100g FPV quad O3. It is time again to build a new one for my upcoming trip to Japan during the sakura season. I always enjoy flying my Betafpv Pavo Pico and Pavo20. It is a shame that sub 100g is too difficult if not impossible to achieve with the Pavo20. This leaves the Pavo Pico on the table.
Having learned from my last trip and the experience with the O3 75mm and the Pavo Pico, it is best to use the Pico for close proximity shots. Another quad for faster and acrobatic videos.
Efficiency is the key in this conversion. The objectives are to make the Pico flies and climbs faster, steadier, farther and longer without sagging or killing the 2s battery. And most importantly: stay below the 100g limit. Is it mission impossible? Watch now and find out!
