Once upon a hob... Creamy leek sauce, crispy zucchini, prosciutto, almonds… this pasta has texture + flavour 🇮🇹 🍝 🤌
For this recipe I used pasta from #lidl — during Italian Week 🇮🇹 they always bring products that make home feel a little closer.
👉 How it’s made:
– Slice, clean, and cook the leek, then blend into a silky sauce.
– Dice the zucchini (tiny #brunoise for the kitchen nerds) and stir-fry on a very hot pan with a touch of turmeric for colour and kick.
– Add Italian prosciutto for a savoury contrast.
🌱Vegetarian? Swap it for a sprinkle of lemon zest instead.
– Finish with crunchy almonds and Parmesan on top.
Easy, flavourful, and perfect for weeknight cooking.
