Hey guys,
today we will discuss Otis a company founded in 1853 and still running. Otis is the worlds largest producer of elevator and everything related to moving people. This sounds like a very boring and old company which Otis is. Yet this #nyse listed company has a very big advantage for us investors. This advantage is called service revenue. Every time an elevator is build once in a while a mechanic of Otis comes around to check whether everthing is alright. Otis can charge a lot of money for this service to be precise over 7 Billion $ last year. Since services have a nice margin we end up which 1.5 Billion $ in free cash flow. This money will be distributed to us share holder via dividend and share buybacks.
