Following a 2-day Taipei itinerary, we focused on essential eats like beef noodle soup, braised pork rice, and street food at Raohe Night Market, while also visiting must-see spots like Taipei 101, Dihua Street, and the Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall. We squeezed in café stops, souvenir shopping at Lai Hao Gift Shop, and moments to slow down and take it all in.
