location was pretty good, with lots of food options nearby
clean and compact

wide variety of pastries and cakes
reasonably priced (~SGD $16 for 3 pastries and 1 drink)

📍 Hin Market (Hin Bus Depot) *weekends only

lots of thrift shops, cute accessories, handmade products from local artists, food stalls and live music
10/10 vibes, highly recommend
take note they open only from 11am-5pm!

📍 Gama Supermarket & Departmental Store

simple mall with a supermarket and department store
good pitstop to cool off from the heat and use the washroom heh

📍 Presgrave Street Hawker Stalls
67D, Lebuh Presgrave, 10300 George Town, Pulau Pinang, Malaysia
one of the better, less touristy hawkers imo
we went to the stalls further into the street, on the right side
recommended stalls: Lebuh Presgrave 888 Hokkien Prawn Mee, Ah Shen Charcoal Duck Egg Char Koay Teow

📍 1st Avenue Mall

big mall with village grocer + various shopping and food options

📍 Ciao Gelato

healthy tasting gelato
bright, clean space
recommended flavour: ambarella & sour plum
