On 12 and 13 August 2021, Retina International conducted their second annual Virtual Youth Conference via Zoom. This video is a recording of the beginning of Day 1, which featured the Genetic Testing Session. Speakers included Associate Director of Professional Outreach for the Foundation Fighting Blindness Michelle Glaze, and Director of Ophthalmic Genetic Counselling for the University of Michigan’s Kellogg Eye Centre, Kari Branham. We also heard from patient advocate in Russia, Kirill Baybarin, and Youth Council member in Canada, Shaini Saravanamuthu.
