To pull the voices, import the audio into an audio program like Adobe Audition or Audacity. Listen through the audio for ANY type of slight anomaly like static increase, tonal change, etc.
Highlight that area and increase volume 5%.
Choose Noise removal - get a noise clip. Go BACK into noise removal - Noise Reduction.
In Audacity start with settings of Noise Reduction 30% - Sensitivity 2.5% - Frequency Smoothing 6%.
Press okay.
After, you will need to increase the volume of that clip, probably about 25%. After, you may have to repeat the entire process 2 or 3 times to hear the voices.
