Apocryphonia's first concert, 'In A Persian Garden: A Summer Afternoon of Song' took place on September 4th, 2022 at Toronto's Heliconian Hall.
Music included:
'In A Persian Garden', Liza Lehmann's song cycle for four voice to the text of Persian poet and mathematician, Omar Khayyam.
'Come, Oh Gentle Powers' a quartet from Ralph Vaughan Williams' operetta 'The Poisoned Kiss'.
Duets and solos by Samuel Coleridge-Taylor, including the North American Concert Premiere of the 'Impromptu #2 in B Minor' for piano.
