This 2016 Ford C-Max Engeri offers this state-of-the-art Active Park Assist Feature, which basically is a system using ultrasonic sensors to assist you to parallel park by letting go of the steering wheel and let it do most of the steering for you. All you need to do is follow the instructions on the central screen as well as controlling the brake to control the speed of the vehicle entry into the space.
In this video, MoVernie was able to test this feature and demonstrated to his viewers how easy and simple to use this feature to help parallel parking the Ford C-Max Energi.
As as seem from the Ford Canada website, this is the description of the Ford C-Max Energi. "While you’re driving slowly near parking spots, simply activate available active park assist9 and it looks for a parking spot. Ultrasonic sensors measure the distance to the curb and between parked cars. Once an appropriate spot is identified, you’re signalled to stop and accept the system’s assistance. You control the shifting, accelerating and braking."
