I think that I am quickly learning (yes, I am still learning) that less is definitely more when it comes to card making. Some of my favourite projects are created when I strip back the card and keep it really simple. (I am also learning that glitter or Nuvo drops need to be added last!!! IYKYK)

If you watch the video you will see how I created the card, keeping the colour palette really simple (and classy) and minimising the supplies that I needed. You will also see that I really dug deep into my crafty stash to make this one. And I hope it inspires you to look at your crafty stash and see how you could adapt what you have to make it work. The embossing folder that I used was by ‪@lisahortoncrafts‬. It is the 3D Weave embossing folder (that I wrongly refer to as brick work all through the video - sorry) but I used less plates than I should to reduce the emboss as I wanted a more subtle effect. I also made the flowers using the centre (stamens) dies from a previous floral signature collection I made. So you can see that your supplies can have multiple uses. Please look at your stash and see how else the items can be used.
