Das Bordairrace ist ein ganz spezieller Wettbewerb für Athleten, die nicht nur mit dem Gleitschirm fliegen, sondern auch gerne hiken. Das Einzigartige: Planung, Wetterkenntnisse und Taktik spielen eine ganz wesentliche Rolle. Denn es gibt KEINE vorgegebene Route, sondern jeder Teilnehmer entscheidet für sich in welche Richtung er sich bewegt und wo er seinen „persönlichen Wendepunkt am Limit“ setzt. Alle Teilnehmer starten zur gleichen Zeit und entfernen sich – per Gleitschirm oder zu Fuß – so weit wie möglich vom Start weg, um nach 33 Stunden wider rechtzeitig ins Ziel zurückkehren.

Dieses „Adventure Race“ ist daher sowohl für Einsteiger als auch für Profis eine Herausforderung – natürlich mit entsprechenden Wertungskategorien. Sei 2023 auch dabei!

The Bordairrace is a very special competition for athletes who not only fly with their paraglider, but also like to hike. The unique thing about it is that planning, weather knowledge and tactics play a very important role. There is NO predetermined route, but each participant decides for himself in which direction he wants to go and where he sets his "personal turning point at the limit". All participants start at the same time and move - by paraglider or on foot - as far away from the start as possible in order to return to the finish line in time after 33 hours.

This "adventure race" is therefore a challenge for beginners as well as for professionals – of course with several categories. Be part of it in 2023!
