LGBTQ+ Representation In The Biggest Object Shows (BFDI and II)

2:15 damn it i just noticed a mistake here (when i say these two, i was technically referring to paintbrush and gaty, but the they/them situation doesnt actually go to gaty as well, since she doesnt use those pronouns, so yeah that was my mistake my bad-)
Also no just because i put two in the thumbnail doesn't mean they're trans, i just wanted to add two in there with gaty because they're relevant to the conversation they had, and gaty felt a little bit lonely on the trans part of the flag so i wanted to add two in there as well lol

Honestly, i'm just glad that over time lots of shows and characters are starting to be explored more, even in this department, it is pretty neat to see characters like Paintbrush talk about them coming out as non binary, or gaty's really cool and chill chat with two about her (likely) trans gender discovery! It's really great once you think that there's so many people out there that feel the exact way, and that they can relate to these characters because of scenes like these! It's really heart warming to see :)

Oh but not all representations are good, fucking object terror did that once and that was a horrible way to do it, with no build up or anything lmfao, so don't shove these things into the viewer's mouth unless they're important or feel organic to the story, just like how Paintbrush and Gaty did!

There's probably other object shows that did cover more scenes like these, but if that's the case i either didn't watch that show (I heard Extraordinarily Excellent Entities has representation, but i never watched that show, and i'm not planning to, but it's neat that they had some representation in there as well!), or i just forgor :skull:
