So I did a thing.
This thing was uploaded on Feb4 but I left it private for a whole month cuz I'm feeling paranoid about it =P
To be honest songs like this aren't exactly my jam, but I do love this game so much that I just had to do it.
I had so much trouble trying to keep my voice steady, and I was so stupid that I ended up recording the whole song with the wrong quality definition (in which I only realize after timing and tuning everything), so at the end I had to go redo everything again @_@
SIGH the pain.

【About the Game】
Originally I bought this game for the multiplayer so that I could play with lovely Ko-chan (user/KowaiSan) and her friend Shu, but then I realized I might want to try out the story mode just to make my money worth. I'm so glad I did. The whole thing turned out SO cute.
The story basically starts like any old-school RPG—there's a hero, and there's a boss to be defeated. However, it turns out that all the bosses only allow 30 seconds for the hero to save the world, and as you can see there's a timer at the top of the screen in each stage (with the exception for this one I'm playing, which counts down 3 billion seconds since it's a cutscene episode), if the timer hits zero, you're doomed. So how is the stage going to be done?
Well that's where the "Time Goddess" comes in. You will be able to pay (yes, pay) the Goddess to reset your timer as many times as you wish, with the rule that the price would multiply everytime you make a reset. So basically as a tiny pixel hero in this game all you try to do is to earn as much money as you can while trying to save the world. How sad.
There are 3 main chapters in the game, each featuring a new hero from the same family over a 400 year span. The first hero is the guy (IchiSato) who fell into that hole @2:20, the second hero is the yellow-haired girl (Layla) at 3:14, and the last hero is the main character I'm controlling in the vid. (You got to name your own heroes btw, so they aren't called IchiSato or Layla or Roku for real lol)

【About the Song】
In this episode, the Time Goddess, who is the Hero's companion throughout the game, was possessed by evil. She left behind a duplicate of herself before she was possessed, namely the robot called "No.30", to aid the Hero in her place. Coo the green haired girl is a blind "Singer" whose songs can penetrate dark power. They together have searched through the land to find the possessed Time Goddess and try to return her to normal.
When they've finally reached the Goddess, she had generated a time hole that teleported the Hero to the past. There he encountered his ancestors and witness their boss battles, which later inspired him to understand that the most powerful weapon is friendship and happiness (though, I literally squealed when he threw away his so-called "stupid weapons". Boy I spent so much $$ on your equips how dare you threw them away like trash??!!!)
Cliche? Yes a bit. But it's still cute C:

P.S. The white hair dude @2:20 and 3:18 is the first hero (IchiSato)'s nemesis. He prolonged his life for 400 yrs just to take revenge on Ichi's heirs and occasionally ruins everyone's lives
