Charge Blade has always been known for its versatile and unique playstyle, however today I'll be discussing how that balance is messed up in wilds and what we can do to fix it

Key suggestions:
Make charging sword mode more accessible or speed up the animation
Make savage axe a more engaging meter to upkeep, focus strikes and perfect parries aren't enough to keep it up especially in multiplayer
Axe mode damage and animation speed adjustments to better fit the current speed of monsters
Incentives to stay in axe mode less often / Ways to expend more phials
Improvements to Axe mode defensive options, wilds added fade slashes to axe mode but they're too slow to be useful, an offset with a high commitment could also help
