This is a short ride, including a brief review (@4min 30sec) of the disappointing Specialized Tactic 4 helmet. Also a short demo of the Insta360 Mic Air. This was yet another hot August day in the Tamar Valley. I had an ice cream stop at the Cotehele Quay and then a visit to the re opened pub at Metherell - The Carpenters Arms. Then I cycled back home, I really need to get back to doing longer rides again!
