Ovo nije obična paradajz čorba.
Ovo je Roasted Red Pepper & Tomato Soup — pečena, kremasta, blago ljuta i neverovatno mirisna.
A uz nju ide grilovani sendvič sa sirom koji se topi i puca pod prstima! 😍
Ovaj recept je toliko jednostavan, a ukus je kao iz najboljeg restorana.

🛒 Sastojci za čorbu:
• 1 kg paradajza
• 2 velike crvene paprike
• 2 glavice crnog luka
• 2 male glavice belog luka
• 250 ml pilećeg ili povrtnog bujona
• Maslinovo ulje
• Malo soli
• Prstohvat čilija
🧀 Za grilovani sendvič:
• 2 parčeta hleba
• Kačkavalj u listićima (ili bilo koji sir koji se topi)
• Malo senfa
• Puter za premazivanje

🔥 Priprema:
1. Priprema povrća:
Sve iseckaj — paradajz, paprike, crni i beli luk.
Stavi sve u pleh, posoli, dodaj malo čilija i prelij maslinovim uljem.
Promešaj da se sve lepo obloži uljem.
2. Pečenje:
Peci u rerni na 200°C oko 25–30 minuta, dok povrće lepo ne omekša i zamiriše.
3. Blendiranje:
Kada se ispeče, prebaci sve u blender (ili koristi štapni mikser).
Dodaj bujon i izblendaj dok ne dobiješ kremastu čorbu.
Po potrebi dodaj još soli ili čilija po ukusu.
4. Grilovani sendvič:
Između dva parčeta hleba stavi sir i s jedne strane malo senfa.
Spolja premaži puterom i stavi na tiganj.
Peci sa obe strane dok ne postane zlatno hrskav i sir se ne istopi.
5. Posluži:

🛒 Ingredients for the soup:
• 1 kg (2.2 lbs) tomatoes
• 2 large red bell peppers
• 2 onions
• 2 small garlic bulbs
• 250 ml (1 cup) chicken or vegetable broth
• Olive oil
• Salt to taste
• A pinch of chili flakes
🧀 For the grilled cheese sandwich:
• 2 slices of bread
• Cheese slices (any melting cheese works great)
• A little mustard
• Butter for spreading
