Paula MacKenzie is the Managing Director of KFC in the UK & Ireland, she is responsible for over 28,000 team members, 960 restaurants and 35 franchises, and she is the first guest in the Better Under Pressure podcast.

In a world that’s becoming increasingly demanding, complex, and uncertain, one thing we must learn to coexist with is Pressure.

The fact is that everyone that has walked this Earth has felt some sort of pressure in their lifetime, and each one has experienced it differently.
