At some point I thought about donating some of my blood.
I thought that I wouldn't be losing anything, I'd find out if my blood was fine to be used, and I might even save some lives.
In August 2019 I finally decided to take the plunge and follow through on this thought!
Join me in this video, especially if you too are thinking about donating blood in the UK and are nervous or unsure on the whole process.
I found that it was all very easy to get started and all of the staff on the day of the donation are very friendly and helpful.
