Immune strengthening soup when my family had Covid 🍜

Ingredients
4-pieces of chicken leg quarters
2lbs.- cut green pumpkin
1 1/2 cups - onions, bell peppers and celery diced
1 cup-
Baby carrots
Fresh corn
Sweet potatoes
White potatoes
2 1/2 cup- egg noodles
1 tsp-
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Complete seasoning
Seasoning salt
1 tsp- salt
1 packet- chicken bouillon
Prepare
After cleaning chicken, add into pot and add in the pumpkin. Add seasoning and onion mixture and allow to boil for about 45 minutes.
Add carrots, sweet potatoes, egg noodles and corn. Allow to continue to boil for 20 minutes. Add in white potatoes then boil for an additional 5-7 minutes. By this time the pumpkin has dissolved and has thickened up the soup . Serve hot and enjoy 😊
