Opens with BY FAR the best part of the tape - a shirtless, Brazilian "General Boy" with "DEVO" written across his chest, yellow jumpsuit style, talking about how much he likes DEVO. It's absolutely priceless. He's also the man who shot the video, I'd guess, based on the chanting he's doing during Jocko Homo. If he wasn't running the camera he was sitting right next to it.
