我是如何学习普通话的：建议和技巧! (Mandarin) | Carmen Leung

Hi everyone! Welcome back to another video on my channel. So today I talk about how I learnt Mandarin. Unlike Cantonese, Mandarin was not my native language, I had to study it (hardcore) and have been doing so for about 10 years now. I started learning because of my interest in xianxia (仙侠) films, which are about celestials and immortals (as you can see, I really love watching films haha). I started to link a lot of Mandarin words and Cantonese words together, so I started to pick up parts of the language. I eventually developed an interest in studying the language more seriously, which my parents strongly encouraged. Eventually, I went off to study Chinese at university and graduated with a distinction in spoken Chinese! Now I can proudly say I am able to communicate proficiently with natives 😊

嗨，大家好！ 欢迎回到我的频道。 所以今天我要说一下我是如何学习普通话的。 跟广东话不同，普通话不是我的母语，我得学习它并且已经学习了大约 10 年。 我开始学习是因为我对仙侠剧的兴趣 （大家可能都知道了，我真的很喜欢看电视剧 哈哈）。 我开始将很多普通话和广东话的单词联系在一起，所以我开始学会了普通话的部分。 我最终开始了更认真地学习普通话，这也是我爸妈强烈鼓励的。 最终，我去大学学习中文，并以中文口语优异成绩毕业！ 现在我可以很开心地说我可以流利地与当地人交流 😊
