Various rituals are done to ask permission or give thanks to Migbebaya, God of Subanen. On special occasions, like Buklog thanksgiving, they wear their traditional attire, a Memeni embroidered ensemble. The presence of community and spiritual leaders called Timuay and Gbelyal, respectively; foster strong community ties, thereby safeguarding customs, beliefs, and tradition by means of practice.
