In this video, I share what I have been struggling with recently, and why. I'm sharing it in the hope it might be helpful and supportive for those also struggling silently with the same thing. At first, I share my personal story as to what's recently been happening, and after, I share some of the small coping strategies which have helped me manage this condition (at least somewhat!).
