We're nearly at the start of new river fishing season in the UK so, to celebrate, here's a FEATURE LENGTH FISHING FILM about the delights of angling at a stunning little farm pond called Frog Island. It was so good I've managed to fill a full hour with fish, nature and chat : )
It's an early summer evening session at this gem of a Surrey fishery and the roach, rudd and perch are in remarkably obliging mood as I fish with a handmade waggler float and traditional baits like maggots, worms and corn. Loads of bites, loads of fish, but will I also manage to catch one of the wily old carp before nightfall?
