Monoblocco per tappo spumante e gabbiettrice - Monobloc for mushroom cork and wire cage – Bertolaso

Per un grande Gruppo internazionale produttore di vino e di alcolici, Gruppo Bertolaso ha sviluppato un tappatore per tappo sughero spumante, con una serie di sensori per monitorare la qualità della tappatura. Questo tappatore può controllare la qualità di ogni tappo durante l’applicazione e, in caso di anomalie, mandare un segnale alla gabbiettatrice, che evita di applicare la gabbietta da scartare e successivamente all’espulsore bottiglie per scartare la bottiglia con il tappo difettoso. Il monitoraggio del tappo viene eseguita sia per la fase di compressione che per la fase di inserimento nel collo bottiglia.
La gabbiettatrice è alimentata automaticamente da un depalettizzatore gabbiette, l’operatore deve solo caricare le casse con le gabbiette, il resto viene eseguito e gestito in modo totalmente automatico dal monoblocco Bertolaso.

The cork monitoring is performed both for the compression phase and for the insertion phase into the bottle neck.
The wirehooder is automatically fed by a wirehood depalletizer, the operator only has to load the crates with the wirehoods, the rest is performed and managed in a totally automatic way by the Bertolaso monoblock.
