Exploring the new ruled surface feature in Fusion 360.
The June 2020 product update has included a brand new feature in the form of the ruled surface feature. This allows a quick and intuitive way to create flange-like surfaces off existing geometry, without the need for sweeping or lofting. We will be taking a look at how it compares to the existing extrude surface and extend surface features. Also, we have some recommendations of how this feature can potentially be used.
