He is a John of many trades. A rock and roll singer, a chef, an Ironman athlete, a Low East Side neighborhood legend, and a generous soul who is dedicated to the service to others.
He is a published author, and his new book, “The PMA Effect” is changing lives daily. Buckle up and join us for a wild ride. John Joseph is a creator of a Youtube series " Hard Truth" where he shares his philosophy of living and cruelty free cooking. In 2015 TV channel Vice documented his lifestyle and his journey to IronMan race. IN 2018 John Joseph took part in a documentary created by a star of London Real, Brian Rose called "Iron Mind ".
Published works by John Joseph McGowen: "Autobiography, The Evolution of a Cro-Magnon", published in 2007, details the major events in his life, including his extensive involvement with the hare krishnas, as well his experiences with the Cro-Mags.
the book Meat Is for Pussies, released in the early 2010 on vegan nutrition, training, and the healthy lifestyle.
